SubATVax™ Technologies
Our adjuvants are nonphospholipid based liposomes containing other adjuvanting substances and can be produced with three different diluents: sterile water, normal saline, or phosphate-buffered saline. Doses of adjuvant between 200 and 300 μL can be administered subcutaneously or intramuscularly in our preclinical studies. At our current manufacturing scale, 9,000 doses of adjuvant can be produced in 12 minutes. Antigens can be either encapsulated or mixed with adjuvant. For research purposes, we can make as little as 5 mL of an adjuvanted vaccine, either encapsulating the antigen or mixing the antigen with our structures. Researchers from companies, universities, or government laboratories that are interested in utilizing our technology can contact us.
